Tribute to Eagle Tactics.

Eagle Tactics was what I considered one of the best personal protection training organizations in South Florida.

I was a long time shooter, and was a good shot at the square range. Eagle Tactics was my first experience in taking Defensive Handgun classes, and made an incredible, lasting impact on me. Admittedly,The stuff you learn the first time is going to make any training facility special, that first rush when you learn something new and that feeling of accomplishment is what made Eagle Tactics so important for me. But it wasn't just that. It was the way they teach. patient, understanding, and honestly wanting to help make you a better person by learning the skillset and mindset to defend you and your family. They explained the concepts and the reasons why, and showed you how to do it right.

I discovered Eacle Tactics through a friend, and became a training junkie; I attended a large number of their courses over the years, as well as bringing my 16 year old twins to a couple of their courses as well. Their teaching techniques and attitude was exactly what i wanted to teach my own children, and they did it much better than I ever could. Eagle Tactics holds a special place for me; they made both myself and my children better shooters, and better persons as well. I took all the classes I could afford through them, and 100% understood the amount of commitment it takes to put on training course like this.

Teaching this type of training is incredibly time consuming, and the group from Eagle Tactics no longer appear to have time to support a web site or to teach. I truely wish the entire group of trainers well in all their endevours.

As a courtesy to what I think are a great group of guys, I picked up their abandoned domain name, and will hold onto it on their behalf in case they ever find the time to regroup.

If anyone who was associated with Eagle Tactics wants to put information here, edit it themselves or even wants to take the domain back, just let me know. You can get in touch with me at lowell at stormrage dot com

Update

I had the honor and priviledge of having dinner with Nelson the Day After the Superbowl; He is doing great, and is extremely busy. He told me about some of his recent duties from Haiti to The Superbowl to some of the other things he is doing; he is deeply involved in training, I cannot believe how many things he has on his plate right now. It was great hearing from him and knowing that he and his family are doing fine; I'm proud to be able to call him a friend.
